UA QUALITY POLICY
The University of Antique commits to hone global citizens thru the delivery of quality education of international standard anchored on scientific researches articulated through responsive instruction, extension, and production, reinforced by effective and efficient support services and driven by quality management system.
In partnership with our stakeholders, it shall strive for continual improvement, comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements, and continuously pursue client satisfaction, while keeping the spirit of the Filipino and the ideals of an Antiqueño.
UA QUALITY MANUAL
The demands of internationalization and regional integration have placed the University of Antique in a position where it has to abandon its old and trite ways and embrace processes and procedures that bring about effective delivery of services towards customer satisfaction as its ultimate end.
The effort of the University to become a reputable university of choice to students along science and technology is clinched by the establishment of the quality assurance system that is consistent with the demands of accreditation and certification, benchmarks of excellence and the requirements of regulatory bodies.
To harmonize, synchronize and standardize these efforts and operations, the University of Antique will take the road of ISO certification. This is a long and tedious effort of making sure that UA is compatible with international standards in the delivery of educational services.
This Quality Manual will be a cornerstone that will serve as a foundation of the University’s effort for ISO Certification. This codified ways on how things shall be done by the different academic and administrative support units is hoped to ensure the path of excellence anchored in the desire for continual improvement.
This is our manual that records the processes and procedures we solemnly pledge to keep.
